Administrative & Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front desk management and client greeting.

  • Inventory order management and vendor coordination.

  • Service scheduling and workflow tracking for the mechanics.

  • Handling shop inquiries via phone and email.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in administrative support or the automotive/powersports industry is a plus.

  • Reliable, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator.
